Detailed Responsibilities
Design

Creating TDD, designing and documenting intuitive puzzle mechanics

Designing the robot character, based off of research into similar characters

Designing levels that contain various puzzle elements from the TDD

Applying research on colour theory, lighting direction and shading to maintain visual consistency as well as direction for the player
Tech

Creating original, grid-based movement system for character, that reacts to mouse input on accessible tiles
-
Creating level creation system so progress can be saved/loaded with ease
-
A focus on smooth interpolation of animations to provide fluid user experience
-
Intuitive UI throughout the game such as start screen, main menu, tutorial popups, completion/failure visual feedback, interactable object visual indication

Handling character animations through scripting to allow for reactive, dynamic and randomizable animations
